A 90-minute therapeutic massage designed for women, focused on calming the nervous system and supporting the body’s natural ability to rebalance. Sessions may include Swedish. Bowen Therapy techniques, and myofascial work to promote ease, balance, and recovery. Pressure is always thoughtful and responsive rather than forceful.
Designed to relieve common pregnancy discomforts, prenatal massage helps ease back pain, reduce swelling, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Using safe and effective techniques, I provide gentle, supportive care throughout each trimester.
